ITHELL was born in 1053.1   ITHELL's father was GRUFFYDD Ap LLEWELYN and his mother was EALDGLYTH 'SWAN-NECK' Duchess Of Mercia.  His paternal grandfather was LLEWELYN Ap SEISYLL and his paternal grandmother is ANGHARAD Ferch MAREDUDD; his maternal grandfather was AELFGAR Earl Of Mercia and his maternal grandmother is AELGIFU Princess Of Wessex. He has two brothers and a sister, named MAREDUDD, OWEN and NEST.  He is the second oldest of the four children.
