Giles was born on October 25th, 1395 in Kempston, Bedfordshire, England and his baptism took place there on October 25th, 1395.  He died at the age of 50 on January 11th, 1446 in Barrington, Somersetshire, England.  He was buried in Our Lady Chapel, South Petherton, Somersetshire, England.
