Adelaide was born about 0875 in of Burgundy, France. Adelaide's father was Conrad II d'Auxerre Count of Auxerre and her mother was Judith di Friuli. Her paternal grandparents were Conrad d'Argengau Count of Paris and Adelaide de Tours & Alsace. She had a brother named Rudolph I de Burgundy. She was the younger of the two children. She died after September 14th, 0929.
Adelaide and Richard "the Justicer" d'Autun were married in a religious ceremony in 0888. They had three sons and two daughters, named Raoul de Bourgogne, Hugues Nerra "the Black", Boso, Ermengard and Adelaide.
