Joel Halbert

Joel was born on June 13th, 1769 in Caroline Co. Va.¹   He died at the age of 78 on April 24th, 1848 in Hancock Co Il.¹ 

‌Joel and Mary were married in a religious ceremony on April 20th, 1790 in Pendleton District Sc.²
