Judith Leake was born on January 11th, 1799.1 Judith Leake's father was John (Parson Jack) Ayres Rev. and her mother is Elizabeth Bransford. Her paternal grandparents were Nathan Ayres Col. and Mary Christian Leake; her maternal grandfather was John II Bransford and her maternal grandmother is Judith Amonett. She had five brothers and four sisters, named John Bransford, Nathan "W", Samuel, Owen Million, Matthias Leake, Mary Hales, Martha, Elizabeth F. and Elijah. She is the third oldest of the ten children.-
