Adelaide of was born about 0872 in Auxerre, Yonne, Bourgogne, France.1   Adelaide of's father was Conrad II Count of Aargau & Auxerre and her mother is Ermentrude of Alsace.  Her paternal grandparents were Conrad I Count of Aargau & Auxerre and Adelaide of Tours; her maternal grandfather was Luitfried III Count of Upper Alsace. She had a brother named Rudolph I King of.  She was the younger of the two children.  She died in 0929.1
