Margaret De was born in 1312 in , Stafford, Staffordshire, England.1   Margaret De's father was Hugh I Audley and her mother was Iswolde de Mortimer.  Her paternal grandparents were James de Audley Justice of Chester and Ella Longespee; her maternal grandparents were Edmund De Mortimer Lord of Wigmore and Margaret de Fiennes. She had a brother and a sister, named Hugh de and Alice de.  She was the youngest of the three children. She had a half-sister named Alice.  She died at the age of 35 on September 7th, 1347 in Priory, Tunbridge, Kent, England.  She was buried in Priory, Tunbridge, Kent, England.1 1

‌Margaret De and Ralph I de were married in a religious ceremony on July 6th, 1335 in Stafford, Staffordshire, England.1   They had a son named Hugh.
