Bessie Eda was born on April 27th, 1890 in David City, Butler, NE. Bessie Eda's father was Christopher C. DAVIS and her mother was Phoebe Jane (Jenny) ROBERTS. Her paternal grandparents were Branson Davis and Martha M. Zimmerman; her maternal grandparents were Elisha G. ROBERTS and Maria Elisabeth LONGWORTH. She had three brothers and four sisters, named George R., Frank, Jessie John Thurston, Katie Nell, Mable, Jennie and Daisy Deane. She was the second youngest of the eight children. She died in , Clackamas, Oregon. She was buried on August 26th, 1973.-
