William Howard Boyer 
William Howard was born on October 8th, 1924 in Fairpoint, South Dakota. William Howard's father was Irvin Martin Boyer and his mother was Annie Evelyn Jeffers. His paternal grandparents were William Henry Boyer and Florence Virginia Dinges. He had three brothers and eight sisters, named Lester Jeffers, Chester Martin, Robert Isaac, Ethel Pearl, Florence Katherine, Gladys Faye, Vera Fern, Mattie Evelyn, Hazel Louise, Blanche May and Dorothy Lynette. He is the third youngest of the twelve children.-
