Elizabeth Ann Bloomer

Elizabeth Ann was born on April 8th, 1918 in Chicago, Illinois.  Elizabeth Ann's father was William Stephenson Bloomer and her mother is Hortense Neahr.  She is an only child.

‌Elizabeth Ann and William C. were married in a religious ceremony in 1942.

‌Elizabeth Ann and Gerald Jr. Rudolph were married in a religious ceremony on October 15th, 1948.  They have three sons and a daughter, named Living, Living, Living and Living.
