Hjalmer H. Bjerke 
Hjalmer H. was born on September 10th, 1888. Hjalmer H.'s father was Hans Evenson Bjerke and his mother was Martha Amundsdatter Stenehjem. His paternal grandparents were Even Olson Bjerke and Martha Johnson; his maternal grandparents were Amund Asbjornson Stenehjem and Kari Olsdotter Qualey. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Andreas H., Andreas H. (Andrew), Edward H., Oscar H., Karen Maria, Emma Josephine, Hannah Matilde, Selma Oline and Ella Bergine. He was the second youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 79 on April 23rd, 1968.-
