William V\VII (Peter) of was born about 1023.  William V\VII (Peter) of's father was William III (V Aquitaine) the Great of Normandy and his mother was Agnes de Macon of Burgundy.  His paternal grandparents were William II (IV Aquitaine) Ironarm of Normandy and Emma of Blois; his maternal grandparents were Otton I (Otto William) of Lombardy and Ermentrude de Roucy. He had a brother and two sisters, named William VI\VIII (Guido) of, Agnes de Poitou and Beatrix of.  He was the second oldest of the four children. He had three half-brothers named William IV\VI of, Odo (Eudes) of and Theobald of.  He died in 1058.
