Willie Osburn was born on April 11th, 1905 in Joe Lee Community , Bell Co., Texas.¹   He died at the age of 83 on February 5th, 1989 in Bartlett, Bell Co., Texas.  He was buried in McLean Cemetery, Joe Lee Community,  Bell Co., Texas.^1 1
