‌John Luther and Leona Nancy were married in a religious ceremony on October 25th, 1867 in Centre, Cherokee Co., Alabama.¹   They have six sons and three daughters, named Colin Eugene, John Disque, Luther, Walter Agustus, William Underwood, Wilmer Ewing, Frances Leona, Julia Florence and Winfred Elizabeth.
