‌James Leonard, Jr. and Nancy Susan were married in a religious ceremony on May 15th, 1852 in Crittenden Co., Kentucky.¹   They have five sons and a daughter, named William J., S. A. McChesney, Thomas F., Leonard C., W. Scott and Louisiana Ellen.
