Jasper Young

Jasper was born in November 1895 in Knott Co., Kentucky.¹ Jasper's father was Hiram Young and his mother was Dorcus Ritchie. His maternal grandparents are Samuel Ritchie and Chole Hall. He had six brothers and five sisters, named Nathaniel, Richard, Monroe, Watson, Arlie, Samuel, Chloe, Nancy, Naomi, Mary and Martha. He is the fourth youngest of the twelve children.
