Susan Milla was born on September 7th, 1879 in Kentucky.1 Susan Milla's father is William Taylor Whittinghill and her mother was Paulina Ellen Basham. Her paternal grandparents are Rhemus George and Elizabeth Unknown; her maternal grandparents were Allen Dowell Basham and Malinda DALTON. She had three sisters named Eliza Eliz, Allie Frances and Lou. She was the second youngest of the four children. She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Simeon F. and Mary M..
