Uliss Alcca was born on September 2nd, 1868 in Taylor Co., Kentucky.1 Uliss Alcca's father was Willis Green Warren and her mother is Margaret E. Martin. Her paternal grandfather was Jeremiah Warren and her paternal grandmother is Mary Martin. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Wilson Caldwell, Azela Barth, Archie Clifton, Rosetta Parvina, Alicina and Agatha Romana. She was the third oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 48 on July 25th, 1917 in Hibernia, Larue Co., Kentucky. She was buried in Poplar Grove Methodist Church Cemetery, Taylor Co., Kentucky.1 1 General Notes
