Mariah Jane Warren 
Mariah Jane was born on June 10th, 1845 in Green Co., Kentucky.1 Mariah Jane's father was William B. Warren and her mother was Elizabeth Salsman. Her paternal grandparents were Hugh Warren and Mary Elizabeth Hilbern; her maternal grandparents are Moses Salesman and Mary Elizabeth Unknown. She had six brothers and two sisters, named John Taylor, Hugh, William Franklin, Abraham Lincoln, Richard Archie, James Thomas, Mary Ann and Sarah Frances. She was the second oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 49 on October 14th, 1894 in Smokey Hollow, LaRue Co., Kentucky. She was buried in Old Mt. Sherman Cemetery.1 1 General Notes
