John George Warren 
John George was born on April 29th, 1825 in Covington Co., Mississippi.1 John George's father was Hackley Warren and his mother is Mary Graves. His paternal grandparents were Lott Warren and Rebecca Gordon. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Reuben, Sanders, Benjamin, David, Sarah, Hannah and Mary. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 53 in October 1878 in Stryker, Texas.1 General Notes
