James Warren 
James was born in 1735 in Spotsylvania Co., Virginia.1 James' father was John Warren and his mother is Mary Rogers. His paternal grandparents were William Warren and Elizabeth Ham. He had six brothers and a sister, named Timothy, Hackley, William, Samuel, Simpson, Archibald and Elizabeth. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 81 in 1816 in Caswell Co., North Carolina.1 General Notes
