Her maternal grandparents were William Franklin Smith Graham and Ann Elisor Alley. She had six brothers and two sisters, named William Newton, Riley Sylvester, Sidney Anderson George, George Hasel, Jeff Alvin, Jehu Trousdell, Bessie and Roma. She was the fourth youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 73 on March 18th, 1972 in Miami, Gila Co., Arizona.
