Howard Sylvester Waldrip 
Howard Sylvester was born on April 21st, 1923 in Lake Arthur, Chaves Co., New Mexico.1 Howard Sylvester's father was Riley Sylvester Waldrip and his mother was Emma J. Frisbee. His paternal grandparents were James Trousdel Waldrip and Alabama Maleance Graham. He had a brother and two sisters, named Jack Alvin, Edith Lee and Blanch Catherine. He was the second youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 80 on June 11th, 2003 in Phoenix, Maricopa Co., Arizona.
