Cleo Merlin was born on July 3rd, 1911 in Nemaha Co., Nebraska.1 Cleo Merlin's father was Artemas Vice and his mother was Oda Mae Allen. His paternal grandparents were Tillman Andrew Vice and Eliza Jane Farson. He had a brother and three sisters, named Clifford Andrew, Hazel Edna, Bernice Mae and June LaVerne. He died at the age of 74 on February 21st, 1986 in Omaha, Douglas Co., Nebraska. He was buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Omaha, Nebraska.1 1 General Notes
