Nora Underwood

Nora was born on February 8th, 1890 in Taylor Co., Kentucky.¹   Nora's father is William A. Underwood and her mother is Ginsy Martin.  Her paternal grandfather was Abraham Hiram Underwood and her paternal grandmother is Mary Roark. She had six brothers and a sister, named Andrew Jackson, Rufus, George Alfred, Ollie, Ellis W., Matson and Maude Alice.  She was the second youngest of the eight children. She had three half-brothers and four half-sisters, named John Thornton, Thomas A., William H., Mary Jane, Sarah, Elizabeth G. and Nancy Ann.  She died at the age of 28 on January 22nd, 1919 in Taylor Co., Kentucky.  She was buried in Otter Creek Cemetery, Taylor Co. Kentucky, Headstone Disapeared.^1 1
