Benjamin H. was born on June 12th, 1887 in Green Co., Kentucky.1 Benjamin H.'s father was Isham Thompson and his mother was Mariah Jane Warren. His paternal grandparents are William C. Thompson and Lydia Wood; his maternal grandparents were William B. Warren and Elizabeth Salsman. He had four brothers and ten sisters, named Neal T., William F., Bruce, Herbert, Ann America, Julia A., Lydia, Letitia, Emily, Eliza, Minnetta, Flora Belle, Fannie Ermine and Ida Lee. He died at the age of 83 in September 1970 in Allendale, Green Co., Kentucky.1 General Notes
