Nicholas Wren Taylor 
Nicholas Wren was born on June 21st, 1828 in WARREN COUNTY, KY.1 Nicholas Wren's father was Joseph Taylor and his mother was Polly Ann Hudnall. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Taylor and Sarah Best; his maternal grandparents were James Hudnall and Rhoda Chastain. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Thomas Bascom, James Wesley, William Allen, Aaron, Joseph Irvin, Rhoda Chastain, Sarah Best, Paradine, Tabitha H and Mary Ann. He was the fourth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 72 on April 26th, 1901 in MULBERRY, CRAWFORD CO., KANSAS.1 General Notes
