Kirby Stephens

Kirby was born on November 17th, 1882 in Romney, Eastland Co., Texas.¹   Kirby's father was Joseph S. Stephens and his mother was Laura Phrozenia Bazemore.  His paternal grandparents are Quinton David Stephens and Mary A. Scroggins. He had two brothers and six sisters, named John Joseph, Leon, Cammie Cornelia, Laura Cordelia, Claudia Bell, Della, Stella and Flossie Lora.  He was the second oldest of the nine children.  He died at the age of 75 on December 13th, 1957.¹
