Will of Missabelle Starkey I Missabelle Starkey being in my rig
ht mi nd do make this my last will and testament. First I wish all my ju
st deb ts and burial expenses paid.  After that I give to the hei
rs of my broth er James Starkey the tract of land I now reside upon contai
ning 306 acr es (deed recorded in McMinnville in Book v, pg 396 to have eq
ually betwe en them.  I give to the daughters of James Starkey also equall
y, a ll of my house whole and kitchen furniture.  I give to my niece Pol
ly Star key my mare and to my unnatural son Isaiah Basham $5.00. Witness
ed by D r. Jesse Hill and Elizabeth Anderson Witnesses say that they we
re personal ly acquainted with the testatrix in her lifetime. Presented f
or probate 1 st Nov. 1880. 25 Oct 1882 Settlement made with Cassanda Stark
ey, administr atrix of Missabelle Starkey, dec'd.  The amount of ($5.00) d
evised by wi ll of Missabelle Starkey to Isaiah Basham.
