Celia Ann was born on May 4th, 1881 in Taylor Co., Kentucky.1 Celia Ann's father was Jesse Fielding Sprowls and her mother was Mary Jane Shofner. Her paternal grandparents were James W. Sprowls and Celia Underwood. She had two brothers named James Thomas and Eddie M.. She was the oldest of the three children. She died at the age of 28 on November 7th, 1909 in Taylor Co., Kentucky.
