Michael Snider 
Michael was born on February 4th, 1823 in Pike Township, Coshocton Co., Ohio.1 Michael's father was Asa Barton Snider and his mother was Ann Uley. His paternal grandparents were Rudoph Snider and Mary Elizabeth Morgan. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Samuel, George, John, Asa, Thomas, Barton, Elizabeth, Mary, Rebecca and Barbara. He was the sixth oldest of the eleven children. He had three half-brothers and two half-sisters, named William, Moses, Davis, Rachael A. and Margaret. He died at the age of 27 on February 6th, 1850 in Vermilion Co., Illinois. He was buried in Snider Cemetery , 4 Miles west of Danville, Illinos.1 1 General Notes
