Hermon Smith

Hermon was born about 1840 in South Carolina.¹   Hermon's father was Alexander Smith and his mother was Frances Unknown. He had four brothers and a sister, named Hugh, Samuel, Burwell, Alfred and Louisa.  He was the second youngest of the six children.  He died after 1850.¹
