Frances (Fannie) Smith 
Frances (Fannie) was born about February 1850 in Tennessee.1 Frances (Fannie)'s father was Hugh Smith and her mother was Elender (Ellen) Browning. Her paternal grandparents were Alexander Smith and Frances Unknown; her maternal grandparents were William Browning and Elener Unknown. She had a brother and five sisters, named Riley, Malinda, Jemima (Mima), Martha J., Floretta and Ellen. She was the third oldest of the seven children. She died on February 17th, 1921 in Paradise, Wise Co., Texas.1 General Notes
