Sylvester Skaggs

Sylvester was born in September 1861 in Green Co., Kentucky.¹ Sylvester's father is Fields Skaggs and his mother is Mary Jane Johnson. His paternal grandfather was William Bustle' Skaggs and his paternal grandmother is Martha M. Perry. He is an only child.
