Lila A. Skaggs

Lila A. was born in 1879 in Hibernia, Larue Co., Kentucky.¹ Lila A.'s father was John C. Skaggs and her mother was Mary A. Oaks. Her paternal grandparents were Richard Wade Skaggs and Elizabeth Underwood. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Henry Elliott, Lee s., Lucy Jane, Rosie, Malissa Green and Alsia. She is the third oldest of the seven children.
