Jane Rebecca Skaggs

Jane Rebecca was born in 1832 in Kentucky.¹ Jane Rebecca's father was John Cannon Skaggs and her mother is Lucinda Shofner. Her paternal grandparents are David Skaggs and Margaraet Cannon. She had a brother and a sister, named Benjamin Owen and Sarah Ann. She is the second oldest of the three children.
