George W. F. Skaggs 
George W. F. was born in February 1868 in Kentucky.1 George W. F.'s father is William H. Skaggs and his mother is Chloe Adeline Gaddie. His paternal grandparents are William T. Skaggs and Susan Reeves. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Lewis H., William Johnson, Luther Palestine, Sarah Jane, Susan E. and Chloe Adeline. He was the second youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 75 on January 10th, 1944 in LaRue Co., Kentucky.1 General Notes
