George Beryl Skaggs 
George Beryl was born in 1838 in Taylor Co., Kentucky.1 George Beryl's father is William T. Skaggs and his mother is Susan Reeves. His paternal grandparents were William David Skaggs and Margaret Hoover. He had six brothers and two sisters, named Moses M., William H., Joseph, Jasper A., Benjamin Franklin, Joshua, Susanna V. and Chloe. He was the third oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 67 in 1905 in Kentucky.1 General Notes
