Frederick Skaggs 
Frederick was born on March 31st, 1908.1 Frederick's father was Robert Lee Skaggs and his mother was Mary Belle Akins. His paternal grandparents were James Allen Skaggs and Synthe Ann Warren; his maternal grandparents are Moses Whitfield Akin and Elizabeth Skaggs. He had five brothers and four sisters, named William Robert, Edward Moses, Ryal, Lester, Homer, Ella, Nora Lee, Myrta and Ann Mae. He died at the age of 89 on March 30th, 1998 in Pekin Illinois.1 General Notes
