Chloe Skaggs 
Chloe was born in 1854 in Taylor Co., Kentucky.1 Chloe's father is William T. Skaggs and her mother is Susan Reeves. Her paternal grandparents were William David Skaggs and Margaret Hoover. She had seven brothers and a sister, named Moses M., William H., George Beryl, Joseph, Jasper A., Benjamin Franklin, Joshua and Susanna V.. She was the youngest of the nine children. She died at the age of 1 on March 11th, 1855 in Taylor Co., Kentucky.1 General Notes
