Ruby Elizabeth Shepherd 
Ruby Elizabeth was born on November 10th, 1909 in Crawford Co., Arkansas.1 Ruby Elizabeth's father was Grover Cleveland Shepherd and her mother was Lula Beatrice Basham. Her maternal grandparents were Monroe Moses Basham and Martha Jane Williams. She had six brothers and two sisters, named George Washington, William Arby, Winfrey Monroe, Haskell, Truman Oscar, Duel Cleveland, Nellie Opal and Dessie Mae. She was the oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 82 on September 28th, 1992. She was buried in Bixby, Oklahoma.1 1 General Notes
