George William Salsman 
George William was born on September 16th, 1851 in Green Co., Kentucky.1 George William's father was Charles Salsman and his mother was Sarah Lee. His paternal grandfather was Moses Salsman and his paternal grandmother is Elizabeth Unknown; his maternal grandparents were William Charles Lee and Elizabeth Warren. He had two brothers and two sisters, named William Jackson, Madison, Rachael Ann and Caroline. He was the second oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 61 on April 15th, 1913 in LaRue Co., Kentucky. He was buried in Mt. Tabor Church Cemetery, LaRue Co., Kentucky.1 1 General Notes
