William Grant Ritchie 
William Grant was born on February 24th, 1909 in Ritchie, KY, USA.1 William Grant's father was Joshua Ritchie and his mother was Elizabeth Ritchie. His paternal grandparents were Henry Ritchie and Sarah Smith; his maternal grandparents were Joshua Ritchie and Nancy Hall. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Alexander Z., Henry, Daniel, Stella and Arkansas. He was the second youngest of the six children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Robert Lee and Nancy. He died at the age of 60 on July 28th, 1969 in Rome City, Nobel, IN, USA.
