Samuel Ritchie 
Samuel was born on January 19th, 1878 in Knott Co., Kentucky.1 Samuel's father was Alexander Ritchie and his mother was Lucinda Combs. His paternal grandfather was John Ritchie and his paternal grandmother is Sylvania Sizemore. He had two brothers and four sisters, named David, Monroe, Martha, Mary Ann, Elizabeth and Sarah. He was the third oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 91 in November 1969 in Leatherwood, Perry, Kentucky, United States of America.1 General Notes
