Naoma Ritchie 
Naoma was born in 1816 in Clay Co., Kentucky.1 Naoma's father was Alexander Crockett Ritchie and her mother was Elizabeth Susan Grigsby. Her maternal grandfather was Benjamin Grigsby and her maternal grandmother is Elizabeth Duncan. She had eight brothers and three sisters, named Thomas Grigsby, James Monroe, John, Hiram, Nicholas, Gabriel, Oriah, Alexander Crockett, Elizabeth, Mary and Nancy. She was the sixth youngest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 92 on January 20th, 1908.1 General Notes
