Nancy Ritchie

Nancy was born in 1832 in Perry Co., Kentucky.¹ Nancy's father was Alexander Crockett Ritchie and her mother was Elizabeth Susan Grigsby. Her maternal grandfather was Benjamin Grigsby and her maternal grandmother is Elizabeth Duncan. She had eight brothers and three sisters, named Thomas Grigsby, James Monroe, John, Hiram, Nicholas, Gabriel, Oriah, Alexander Crockett, Naoma, Elizabeth and Mary. She is the youngest of the twelve children.
