Lemar Lumia Proctor 
Lemar Lumia was born on March 6th, 1910 in Plains, Yoakum Co., Texas.1 Lemar Lumia's father was Harry Edward Proctor and his mother was Frances Isobel Manning. His maternal grandparents were James Duncan Manning and Martha Jane Graham. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Eddie Elbert, Forest Franklin, Asa Averil, Jasper Jessie James, Ida Irene, Lettie Lovey, Delphia Dean, Maude Myrtle and Beulah Rebecca. He was the youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 83 on March 3rd, 1994 in Odessa, Ector Co., Texas.1 General Notes
