Forest Franklin Proctor 
Forest Franklin was born on May 28th, 1893 in Runnels, Co., Texas.1 Forest Franklin's father was Harry Edward Proctor and his mother was Frances Isobel Manning. His maternal grandparents were James Duncan Manning and Martha Jane Graham. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Eddie Elbert, Asa Averil, Jasper Jessie James, Lemar Lumia, Ida Irene, Lettie Lovey, Delphia Dean, Maude Myrtle and Beulah Rebecca. He was the fifth oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 65 on April 4th, 1959 in Lubbock Co., Texas.1 General Notes
