Delphia Dean Proctor 
Delphia Dean was born on January 17th, 1891 in Runnels, Co., Texas.1 Delphia Dean's father was Harry Edward Proctor and her mother was Frances Isobel Manning. Her maternal grandparents were James Duncan Manning and Martha Jane Graham. She had five brothers and four sisters, named Eddie Elbert, Forest Franklin, Asa Averil, Jasper Jessie James, Lemar Lumia, Ida Irene, Lettie Lovey, Maude Myrtle and Beulah Rebecca. She was the fourth oldest of the ten children. She died at the age of 94 on April 28th, 1985 in San Diego Co., California.1 General Notes
