Milissa Jane Prestridge 
Milissa Jane was born on February 15th, 1838 in Choctaw Co., Alabama.1 Milissa Jane's father was James Madison Prestridge and her mother was Emily S. Ezell. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph N. Prestridge and Elizabeth D. Bagley. She had two brothers and five sisters, named William A., Joseph Benjamin, Elizabeth Ann, Matilda Emaline, May Louise, Martha M. and Emily Ellen. She was the second oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 15 on September 24th, 1853 in Alabama.1 -
